8 things we REALLY want for Valentine’s Day!
- Time to ourselves (to sleep in, nap, work out, take a shower/bath, read, etc.)
- A massage (professional is best, but from a loved one is good, too)
- A package for continued self-care (yoga is my favorite; buy me some class passes, please. Shameless plug: http://innerbalancepiyo.com)
- A little time at a salon (a fresh haircut, color, wax, mani/pedi)
- A new outfit (or workout clothes, nice bras/panties, tennis shoes)
- Coffee/tea/her fave drink (I love coffee so my usual at my fave cafe or brewed fresh at home if someone else does it feels like pampering to me!)
- Good food (you don’t have to take us out; you can cook us something AND clean up!)
- Time with loved ones (doing the mundane stuff, or going on an adventure and everything in between)
