8 things we REALLY want for Valentine’s Day!
  • Time to ourselves (to sleep in, nap, work out, take a shower/bath, read, etc.)
  • A massage (professional is best, but from a loved one is good, too)
  • A package for continued self-care (yoga is my favorite; buy me some class passes, please. Shameless plug: http://innerbalancepiyo.com)
  • A little time at a salon (a fresh haircut, color, wax, mani/pedi)
  • A new outfit (or workout clothes, nice bras/panties, tennis shoes)
  • Coffee/tea/her fave drink (I love coffee so my usual at my fave cafe or brewed fresh at home if someone else does it feels like pampering to me!)
  • Good food (you don’t have to take us out; you can cook us something AND clean up!)
  • Time with loved ones (doing the mundane stuff, or going on an adventure and everything in between)

I’ve also included 5 links to my favorite places within the list. This is not an ad but just the places I love to go to! I prefer to shop small and local!
